Angela Plichta, PA-C

Angela Plichta, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant at Urology Associates of Southeastern North Carolina in Wilmington. Born in Puerto Rico and having grew up around the United States in a military household, she looks to build on the expanding and diverse population of the practice.

She graduated from Miami Dade College in Miami, Florida, with a Bachelors in Applied Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies and AS Physician Assistant with High and Phi Theta Kappa honors. She then went on to obtain her Masters in Medical Science at Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania. She has dedicated her career to the dynamic specialty of Urology, having worked as physician assistant of Urology based out of Miami since 2011. She is a proud member of the Urological Association for Physician Assistants and had the honor of speaking at one of their conferences.

Angela moved to North Carolina with her children and husband Scott in 2024. She enjoys festivals, gardening, cooking together with her family.
